Firm, yet soft. Extremely comfortable for me. The jury is still out for my husband; however yesterday he said that he was getting used to it and had a good night's sleep!

I am happy to have found a made in usa product that I can buy directly from the manufacturer, that seems to be a quality item, and is certainly very comfortable. It was easy to buy, receive and set up, just as advertised.

I have already recoommened it to a friend and they just ordered theirs. The shipping and unboxing is super easy and the mattress has been great so far. We feel like it aligns our spines every night. So comfy and the best sleep we've had in a while.
