This mattress is very firm but perfectly comfortable. I thought it was going to be to firm my first night but then slept on it and it was amazing. It is a great mattress with perfect comfort.

I like mostly how firm it is. We really enjoy that it isn’t bumpy and that the other persons movement doesn’t affect our sleep. I love how it helps my aches and pains throughout the day. I love that it was completely affordable. We have a king size for our bed and bought my mother a queen size because she has such bad back pain. And she said she feels completely different when she wakes up now.

The bed is a bit too stiff and the pillows are not very good at all. Too flat. We will be returning the pillows, not sure yet about the bed...

I would prefer a softer option, however, it is a very good mattress for the price and the warranty is unbeatable.
