Shipping was quick. Installing was a breeze (although I unrolled it upside down). It is really comfortable.

We have been sleeping on the mattress about two weeks and absolutely love it. I am a stomach sleeper and it allows me to sleep with nothing going to sleep. My husband works with utilities and a lot of days he comes home wiped out and the mattress lets him go to sleep and wake up with no aches or pains

Want to give it little more time. It was definitely easier to get up the stairs and I like its shape It seems bigger because the edges are not sloped. Not ready to give it a ten because we have only slept on it less than a week.

The mattress was shipped in a timely manner. Actually it was shipped much faster than anticipated. The mattress feels great and so easy to get it unpacked and on the bed.

I have actually recommended 2 friends who bought it! They love it! We finally got ours, and so far, it's not working for my husband. He still wakes up with shoulder pain.

because that is the highest number and it is a very comfortable mattress, so far. With the foam mattress a person is always worried that it will sag in a year or 2, so hope it does not, so far, so good.

I've had the bed for a little over week. I like it so far... If it is durable and I continue to like it over a longer period of time, I may rate it even higher.
