I give it a 10 because every morning when I wake up, I tell my daughter thank you, thank you, thank you for buying me this bed, either mentally or I text her. Its just that simple.

The mattress stay cool through out the night, even during the day when I decide to take a nap and no more backaches or headaches.

Shipping was quick. The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable, and I am particularly pleased with how there was no discernible new mattress/off gassing smell. I would definitely recommend it to others, and in fact I already have.
