It's only been alightly over a week that we have had the bed, so I wouldn't be fully comfortable recommending it to a friend until we get a good sense of how we feel about the mattress itself. Ordering and shipping and assembling were all great experiences, and we are more than happy with the price. However, we are not quite sure about the comfort of the mattress. We are considering a mattress topper to make it more comfortable, but will wait and see how it feels after a few more weeks.

Bed is a bit firm for us. Waiting to see if it breaks in after two weeks or may need to return. However, the return policy is amazing and worth every bit of a 7.

The best isn't as soft as I was hoping. Nothing beats the price but I like a soft bed and it's not exactly cutting it for me. My husband loves it, but I could really use something a bit softer.
