Low price, easy to move into the room when it is in a box, easy install instructions, sleeps GREAT! I'm a very light sleeper and my boyfriend got up in the middle of the night and this is the first time in 3 years that I didn't wake up too. :)

The delivery and unpacking was easy. I am disappointed that the mattress is so firm. I was expecting it to be much softer as a side sleeper.

So far it's very uncomfortable - I owned a medium-firm mattress before this one, and the Tuft and Needle is as hard as a rock. I keep tossing and turning all night on this - any idea of when it will soften up?
