I did not mean to press the 10 button. I do not like this mattress. I wish that I had rejected it when I had the chance. It hurts my shoulders and my hips and gets worse every day. Im giving it a 0.

Without knowing what their looking for I would go for 9, but if thy where looking for a bit firmer bed then I would give a 10.

The bed is comfortable, King. We replaced a queen spring.
Pros: We sleep a bit better. Less movement side to side. (She no longer wakes when I move) . No need for a boxspring. ** shipping was great*

I received my mattress and thought it was a little firm for me, but after using it for just one week, I love the support I get from it. I would recommend Tuft and Needle and have done so many times already. Thanks for such an awesome product and experience. A++
