I have not slept on the mattress long enough to evaluate it and I have it on a crummy box spring temporarily.

The ordering experience was so easy. I like the limited choices. The mattress arrived in two days. I should have gotten a friend to help me put the mattress on my frame, but eventually I did it on my own. Comfortable: support but not hard. Soft but not bouncy. Very satisfied. I'll order another one soon for my guest room.

We love the bed! It was not as firm as the reviews said but it is not too soft and no issues with heat or smell at all.
