Prior to receiving my Tuft & Needle, I was regularly waking up with my lower back being sore. I have not woken up one morning with back pain after receiving my new mattress. The convenience of unboxing the mattress is a huge selling point. It also was delivered within 3 days of placing the order. The mattress, itself, is just the right balance for me of firm and comfortable. I'm a fan!

Price would be the only drawback. Otherwise we are happy with the mattress.
