The mattress is firm but pliable. It doesn't hold "hot spots" from body heat. You don't feel the bounce from another person moving in the bed.

I was very skeptical about ordering a mattress online. Especially since it is a "foam" mattress. I had low expectations of a super squishy low quality product but after my first nights sleep on my Tuft and Needle- I WAS BLOWN AWAY! This mattress is the best mattress I have ever owned, and the easiest experience I have had with purchasing a mattress. It is very firm and has already helped my back pain, and improved my sleep. I tell everyone about my Tuft and Needle and encourage my friends and family to come and try ours out! Your company is spectacular. Thank you for being the ones to turn the mattress world upside down. We will be the first in line to buy stock in your company, should it become public! ;) THANK YOU FOR OUR MATTRESS!!!!

The firmness level of the mattress is excellent, delivery was fast and painless, and setup was easy. This mattress is inexpensive but very comfortable. Time will tell if it stands up to the quality advertised!
