Honestly, we have been very pleased with everything about this mattress but it's just slightly too firm. The price, the shipping, the unpacking, everything else has been perfect.

Ordering, delivery and set up was incredibly easy. I've slept on the mattress for almost two weeks and although I like it, I'm not convinced it is the "perfect" mattress (yet). But my experience was very positive and I've had no difficulties.

I bought the mattress for my parents and they absolutely love it. Perfect comfort for both of them!!! I have already recommended T&N to friends and am going to replace my own mattress next!!!
