So far, in general, we love the mattress. We can fall asleep easier and it was a breeze setting it up. But it's very firm and both of us have been waking up stiff. We are hoping this will improve as time goes on; we will see.

Great value and even better "try it for 100 days full refund policy."
We selected your XL twin to replace an older Sealy firm regular sized twin mattress that we purchased for our son when he was much younger AND shorter! After allowing the XL twin mattress to fully expand, we thought we had a winner as the first night my son slept on it- he reported it was wonderful!!! Then, going into his second night, he awoke with a horrible backache and after the third night, the backache was getting worse.
We then decided to conduct our own in-home experiment since we have several bedrooms with different mattress styles in each. After having him rotate from sleeping on our Stearns and Foster plush pillow-top, back to his original more firm Sealy non pillow-top to his sister's Sealy Posterpedic pillow-top to an older Jamison Equalizer pillow-top and then back to his loder Sealy . . .guess what? No back aches whatsoever!
Following all that, we had him sleep on your Tuft and Needle mattress and the backaches returned. I also tried sleeping on your mattress and experienced a restless night's sleep. I did not find it comfortable whatsoever.
I realize your mattresses aren't for everyone and with all the great reviews of your product, it certainly was worth a try. We have already scheduled Salvation Army to pick up the mattress on April 20th and are presently looking at a hybrid form of mattress as we're still in need of a replacement.

We gave our guest bedroom mattress to our granddaughter and decided to try Tuft and Needle for a replacement. We have slept on it for a week to decide if we liked it. Placing an order for a king size for the master bedroom. Absolutely the best sleep we have had in a long time. We would highly recommend Tuft and Needle.
