The entire process from ordering, to payment, to on-time delivery, was flawless. Instructions for unpacking were on point, and of course, the mattress itself is absolutely as advertised: firm, comfortable, very supportive, and cool... all leading to a great sleep experience.

Delivery was fast. Mattress was immediately comfortable with minimal off gas smell. We were able to use it the same night it was delivered. Great firmness and support from mattress.

Great product to use in an upstairs bedroom situation. A lot easier getting a box up the stairs than a conventional mattress
