My wife and I are very happy with the comfort, ease of ordering, and the ease of setting it up. The conveince and comfort of the product is superb.

Cost, ease of ordering on line, 100 night test, 10 year warranty, I have had the bed a short time therefore a score of 9. I have a temperpedic bed in other bedroom I bought in 2003 and it is still great. I will compare the two over time.

It is quite comfortable! The bed is easier for me to get in and out of as I have back problems. We loved the convienience of just rolling out the mattress onto the bed frame. It was a fun experience and have recommended to some of my friends.

As a new owner of a tuft&needle mattress, I would say it was the best purchase I ever made, mattress wise. I would recommend tuft&needle to a friend because it's a great quality mattress for a fair price.
