I found the buying experience very customer friendly. I have back problems and I am still adjusting to the firmness of the mattress as I sleep on my side or stomach which has aggravated my back. I am hoping I get accustomed to it soon.

jury is still out, but so far so good. bought this mattress for son's 13th birthday and he says he really likes it so far.

The mattress is unbelievable. I've slept better in the last week than I have in nine years of marriage. Every other mattress we've had, you feel the other person make the tiniest move. Not so with Tuft and Needle. We're both able to sleep soundly together, and get the much needed rest we need for our two young kids who wake up early!
