My daughter has a disability and after sleeping on the mattress for a few days she said it was not comfortable. I have slept on it and my back hurts in the morning. I do enjoy the peace of mind that I'm sleeping on an environmentally sound mattress and do not have to worry about all the chemicals and gases as with other mattresses. it's just not as comfortable as we had hoped.

It's a bit too firm for me and I feel like I need more pillows when back sleeping. Hoping to get a topper for it to add a bit of softness. But overall, it's great!
