The mattress was reasonable in price, arrived in the time frame promised, was very easy (and fun) to set up, and is very very comfortable. I love it.

I recently decided to replace the mattresses in both homes. We have king size beds, and prefer good support primarily due to our age. My significant other lobbied for your competitor's mail order mattress as our daughter suggested it based on a friend.
I folded and purchased it and was pleased.
In our second home I purchased the tuff and needle king size. The delivery even to a remote location as excellent, and the mattress is great. I sleep better and deeper on it without the disruption of sleep due to lack of support.
I do prefer the t
T&N over the other new one as it seems to lack a little better support, and less expensive.

Already recommended you to several friends and family! I loved the ease at which I bought and was delivered my mattress. No bells and whistles, but a guarantee of quality. The communication about shipping, etc...was just right. The mattress came when you said it would. It was in perfect condition. And the mattress itself is amazing - worth every penny.
