We received speedy delivery and good follow-up. Still getting accustomed to the new feel, so jury still out on that. With the great no-fault return policy, a strong recommendation is easy!

Great mattress and super convenient delivery. I left it shy of 10 just in case they prefer the feel of a different mattress, since there aren't softer/firmer options.

The mattress is pretty hard and is hard on my back. I will likely need a topper of some sort to make it comfortable.

Mattress is a bit too firm. I tried it out at a store and it felt great, but now that I have one it seems to be more firm than I remember the one at the store being.
