Experience has been good. The mattress is firmer than we expected/prefer. We just purchased a topper and that has made sleeping more luxurious. We're satisfied with the products, just wish we didn't have to purchase a topper to make it worth the while.

The mattress is not soft enough. The mattress doesn’t push on the pressure points like I thought it would.
