First I should tell you that I am 6 foot 1 inch tall and I am 270 lbs. I like most of the mattress but, there is a problem. When lay down on it , I have a hard spot just below my knees. That causes my feet two not even touch the mattress. I have to move my body away from the hard spot until I can find a softer stop. That spot is near the edge of the mattress. To say it in just a few words, I think that something went wrong when they mixed of the chemicals to mold the mattress. It is very uncomfortable and painful because I have bad knees. I really like the rest of the mattress. Until now I just planed to just put up with it and Hoped that it would soften up in time. GOD BLESS. I hope that my honesty helps you. I am 70 years old and I try not to complain when some one trys to help me and sell me something at a good price.

I love my mattress!! I sleep so well on it - feel refreshed everyday! Also, ordering and receiving it was SO EASY!! I needed to find a new apartment in a pinch and getting a new bed easily and quickly was a life saver!

Great mattress, we have a temporpedic and bought two Tuft & Needle the last month for he kids. We slept on the tuft and needle to compare it against our Temporpedic; pros and cons with each but a T&N was a great value!

Ordered our mattress on a Wednesday evening, received it Friday afternoon. My wife and I have been sleeping on it for over a week. It's amazing! No more back or hip pain. So incredibly comfortable! Not too firm-not too soft. Glad we saw the billboard driving through San Antonio and looked you guys up. We're public school teachers, so are not exactly swimming in cash. We've needed a new mattress for years now, but couldn't be bothered with all of the confusion and high dollar options. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this amazing and affordable product! It's rare these days that a product lives up to, let alone exceeds expectations. Tuft and Needle has done that!

As of right now, the bed is too soft and squishy in our opinion. I also feel every movement my husband makes. We plan on giving it more time in hopes that it gets better.
