I like the mattress, and the purchase was easy. Please don't punish me by asking me to do a lot more survey, or I will punish you by changing to a much lower number.

Good ad. Very nice phone staff. Very easy to unbox. Military discount. If I don't like it it goes to charity. Comfortable bed. Etc...!

I think certain people can not be made to understand "new" things. If for example my 80+ year old mother insists she has to have "springs" I am not going to waste energy trying to convince her. But I would talk to someone willing to listen.

The ordering process and the rolled up mattress was easy to unwrap and lay on the box springs. It has provided a very nice feel to sleep on...not too firm but firm enough.
