The bed is comfortable yet firm. I haven't woken up with pain in my lower back since owning the bed. It's everything I need after my old spring based mattress

The bed is firm but not hard. I can sleep on my side w/o my shoulder hurting but there is enough support that my hips don't sink in. It doesn't heat up and sink like memory foam. It didn't smell like solvent for days. Price was right, delivery was fast. I hope it holds up for 5-6 years. I doesn't have an edge guard, but after a couple of days it didn't bother me anymore

We had trouble getting our card to go through on the website so we called and the associate was very helpful and enthusiastic. I love the 100 trial, too, but I'm pretty sure were gonna keep it

It is a great product. Firm is just right for supporting my body. My hips, back and shoulders no longer hurt after 2 weeks.
