I only rated this a 10 because I was able to test lay on the same size mattress my friend had purchased from them. Super comfy and perfect for sleeping on my side. I am super please with the quick shipment, easy unpacking and overall experience. No need to deal with pushy salepeople or marketing schemes!

First of all it took less than 24 hours from the time I place the order for the box to arrive on my front steps. That is crazy fast! I am amazed at the quality of the mattress that cam in a box and for $300 less than many of your competitors.

It's firmer than a Casper mattress and far more affordable. I feel great waking up in my new bed.

My husband and I have been married 36 years and this is the absolute best mattress. We both get a great sleep and the back issues in the morning are gone. So very happy my hubby saw the billboard for tuft and needle. We highly recommend trying it out.

I didn't like the mattress at all the first night I slept on it. I sank in it too much. But, the second night was much better. I have arthritis in my right knee and hip area. After a few nights of sleep. I wake up with very little pain. Would recommend this mattress to anyone. I have already told numerous people about my wonderful new mattress.
