Ease of ordering. Convenience of packaging for setup in a room with a very narrow staircase. Ease of setup. Comfort of mattress. Great job on all fronts.

It's firm but not hard. I just had surgery and had to sleep on one side all night long for almost two weeks and I was still comfortable!

Very quick shipping! The mattress came to us 2 days after ordering. It was a breeze to set up. I never noticed an odor though I did let it air out for a few hours just in case. It is so supportive and comfortable. I saw some reviews that said the mattress is either too hard or too soft but I think it's just right! My boyfriend likes firmer mattresses and I like softer ones but we both love our Tuft & Needle!
