Consumer Reports gave you a very good rating was the #1 factor and #2 was because of the price difference of your competitors. I perhaps could rate as a 10, but while the mattress as a sleep surface is quite nice, the sides (yes, I sit on the side of the bed) seem very soft. This softness does not affect the firmness while in the bed. Another reason I could/should rate as 10 is the promptness of receiving the box, don't know if you have a distribution center closer and if not, well, 24 hours from AZ to VA. How great is that

This mattress was recommended to us by a friend who has replaced all the temerpedic mattresses in her home with Tuft and Needle and swears by them! We've gone through so many too soft and too hard mattresses. We could not be happier with our new mattress! We are sleeping better than ever and so comfortable! Love it so much we bought the pillows too...in heaven!

I have only slept on the mattress for a week now, so I'm not sure if I would recommend it yet or not.

It seems to be good quality, however it did have more smell then I thought it would, hope that it isn't any toxic chemicals because that was the reason I picked this mattress. The only other thing is that it is a little too firm, we had to add a Memory Foam topper to it to help soften it a bit.

I've had my mattress for a couple of weeks, and I love it! T&N is a model for keeping the customer first by making a high-quality, necessary good at an affordable price.
