Easy to do business with. The return policy is fabulous and I love that you donate them if returned. The price is great and the mattress is comfortable!

We love what your company stands for and the commitment to provide an affordable, quality product made in the US. This was our first Tuft & Needle purchase and despite me doing a ton of research to determine the best mattress for our toddlers "big boy bed" I kept coming back to your product as it was the only one that exceeded my expectations. As a mom wanting to ensure I am purchasing the best and safest product for my little guy, I really appreciated the transperancy and honesty in the information provided on your website. The whole process of ordering was easy, shipping was exceptionally quick, and setup was beyond simple! As a busy parent you just cannot ask for anything better than that!! Overall we are very pleased thus far and our toddler has loved his bed; even asking to go "night, night!" I admit that we certainly enjoy snuggling in bed with him to read rather then stuffing into his glider rocker each night!! Thank you and we will certainly default to T&N when we are looking for a new mattress for ourselves along with spreading the word on your amazing product.

My husband has not been able to sleep through the night one time since we got the mattress. He wakes up in the middle of the night with a terrible backache. Will probably not be able to keep the mattress.
