Both wife and I are having back pain issues since we started sleeping on it. We are giving a bit more time to acclimate but will probably be returning it.

This mattress is so comfortable, so affordable, and so EASY. No box spring necessary, we just threw it onto a slatted bed base! My only complaint is that it does get a little hot for sleeping, but it's not bad considering how hot it is.

I love my tuft & needle mattress. Not only is it an incredibly high quality mattress, but the ease and simplicity of setting in up while in the process of moving into a new apartment is unparalleled. Immediately after sleeping on it the first night I told my roommate (who was at that point sleeping on an air mattress) to order one.
