Maybe just not used to it enough yet. Back muscles are very stiff in the morning. Believe it to be a quality product and excellent approach to market. Love the underlying firmness, just perfect. The top seems to compress just a tad to readily, but given just a slight increase of firmness or thickness it too would be perfect. Yes, would still buy it again, though.

I guess I think that nothing is really perfect but our T&N mattress comes very close.
