Well my wife and I are in our early 40'sand never owed a new mattress they have always been second hand. It's a good mattress from what I can tell. Scince I've never had a new one I have nothing to compare it to.

I found the buying experience in the store amazing. Info available, no pressure. Like the separate rooms set up so you can spend as much time as needed to test the beds. Ordering easy. I had a tight delivery schedule and it was no problem to customize that. So far, love the bed!

It couldn't be a more comfortable bed. If there was an 11 I would choose that. My problem is my dogs. They love it as much as we do. They won't get out of bed in the morning. LOL!
