I haven't had the bed long enough to give it a 10. But overall it's met my expectations and provided a great value. You can't beat the value.

Happy with process and product. An early heads up regarding old mattress free pick up in California would have been appreciated. That is a big positive as retailers always do free pick ups

So far loving my T&N. Sleeping better! Using it on a platform bed that has storage underneath and its just the right weight for me to easily lift with the bed lifters.
