It was easy to shop for and receive. The mattress is comfortable, but has a little chemical off-gas smell, so for friends that want organic mattress probably not the best option, but for nice and easily mattress, good!

No more back and neck stiffness like we had with our old mattress. Liked ours so well, we got our daughter one and talked my parents into getting one. They all love their Tuft and Needle mattresses!
