Very friendly ordering and shipment process, great price. An 8 instead of a 10 because the feel of the bed may not be for everyone.

Already have. One person has a home with small staircase and can't find a mattress/bed to fit up the passageway. Very excited when he found out how it is shipped! ;O)

It's soft but without you sinking in and it supports without being hard. I work in a warehouse and I am on my feet 10 to 11 hrs.a day on cement. I used to look forward to getting into bed some nights but now I really look forward to getting into bed every night. Thank you for such a wonderful mattress.

I like the mattress alot. But it has taken about 2 weeks to get adjusted to it.
