Price, delivery, set up are great. The actual mattress is very nice but to each his own and I couldn't say this is the most fabulous ever, but I am happy

We've had it for a little over two weeks and it's still too firm, we'll give it a little longer, but not sure if we'll keep it

We bought two TXL matresses for our adjustable bases for a king size bed. They were easy to handle & install and were ready to use quickly. There was no odor or prolonged airing out required. We have only been using them for a little over a week, but have been very impressed with the comfort. They provide good firm support yet the surface is not hard. We have not had a problem with them being hot. The price was very attractive & was hundreds of dollars less than the alternate mattresses that we were considering. The mattresses are very comfortable and the price is a bargain. We are very pleased that we chose Tuft & Needle!

I would have chose 10, but my partner thinks it's too firm. I typically like firmer beds, but I agree it's even on the firm side for me. Overall, the bed has been great for us!
