My husband and I have been sleeping on the bed for a little over 2 weeks now. We wake up sore everyday. It's not as soft on our pressure points as we thought it would be. We are disappointed.

Bought the mattress for my 8 year old son who hated sleeping in his own room. The first night on his new mattress and he slept until 9:00AM! Unheard of!! And he's been in his OWN bed ever since.

My husband and I were excited about getting your mattress, but we haven't slept well since. And we know it takes some time to "break it in", but after 2 weeks of not sleeping well, we just can't do it anymore. We purchased another mattress and are donating the Tuft & Needle mattress to a local church.

Extremely comfortable; relief of back pain from old mattress; shopping and delivery experience was much easier than an inner spring mattress from one of the mattress stores; I feel like I can trust T&F based on statements made on the website about pricing.
