It seems like a nice mattress but I'm having a hard time getting comfortable on it but it has only been 10 days so maybe I just need some more time.

The box delivery because we had it sent to our second home in a different state.
Also the safe, made in the U.S.A. Materials. I have lung issues and don't want to be exposed to anything harmful. I appreciate all the testing you did on your materials.

The website is easy to navigate and answered any questions that I had, reviews for the product are stellar and convincing, the mattress arrived super fast (quicker than my bedframe and thus easily stored until the other item arrived), and setup was also very easy. The bed is comfortable and already I love it (after 3 nights rest).

I'm still a bit undecided about the bed. I fall asleep right away and sleep comfortably for a few hours, then wake up with a sore lower back and toss and turn the rest of the night. My pillow that I've loved for years doesn't seem to work anymore, so that may also be contributing to my unrest. It's just recently been hot at night where I live, and I didn't notice the bed being cool; it was about the same as a spring coil bed. I'm still hoping I'll fall in love...

This matress is amazing. It's a perfect amount of soft and firm! I can't even feel when my husband gets out of bed!
