Except for the unpacking problem ( much longer than 42 seconds thanks to faulty plastic wrapping) mattress has been good so far.

Easy to set-up, no chemical smell. No transfer movement when my husband turns over. I love this bed!!

The whole process was straight forward. From trying a bed in the showroom in Phoenix to ordering it and having it literally meet us at the door of our new place two days later, and finally getting a really good night sleep. I'm super satisfied.

Best mattress we have ever had. We've had all the cheap memory foam IKEA mattresses, we've slept on Tempurpedic, and most recently had a pillow top Serta. Ordered the TN mattress and was a bit skeptical but it's honestly the best mattress ever. First time in 36 years we've slept through the night without waking.

My husband and I are still considering returning the mattress, but want to give it a fair try. We've now had it for almost two weeks. Initially, it was much to firm, however has softened up this past week (as it states on the site). Unfortunately, my husband and I both ate feeling it may be a bit too firm for our liking. We are sleeping better than our old broken down mattress, and are no longer having back pain in the morning, we simply prefer a softer feel to our mattress. We are going to wait a bit longer before we make our decision, but this is why I am giving the rating a 5.

I have been very happy with my mattress and the purchase experience. However I haven't had it long enough to make a definitive judgement or recommendation. Early experience is very good.
