I absolutely love this mattress. It's not too soft and certainly not too hard. Do I sound like Goldilocks? ;-)

Everything was smooth from order to deliver to setup to comfort and satisfaction with the product.
I do think you should sell box springs though through your website as an option at the time of purchase. That would have been easier.
