The shopping experience was so easy and pressure free. I have had my new Tuft and Needle for 3 weeks and I no longer wake up with a sore neck or back. My husband and I both wake up feeling well rested. It was the best decission we ever made.

I have slept wonderfully on my (our) new mattress. Husband remarks to me, He doesn't recall when he sleep so well, and kisses my shoulder. I'm good--but not that good.

This is the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. We needed to buy 300 dollars worth of mattress toppers and pads to make it tolerable.

The top layer of the mattress feels a bit too much like those old egg-crate shaped foam. That is, it offers little to no support and feels "cheap". Combined with the lower layer, the feeling is that of being too firm, at least to my liking. I feel pressure/ache towards the middle of my back as a result of this firmness, something I did not feel with my older memory foam mattress (which was not as firm). I've been sleeping on the mattress for about 10 nights now.
