My lady friend is having a little problem with her back hurting from the new bed. She is not used to the firmness of the bed. I did put a pillow top mattress cover on it and that seemed to have helped, I'm sure once she gets used to it she will be fine, probably just her back getting straightened out which I told her.

I love the mattress but cannot get my neck comfortable. I talked to your online support, they went straight to return the mattress. Kind of disappointing.

Ordering/Delivery of my T&N bed was so simple. I had done my research on different brands that utilized a similar marketing strategy but no other competitor was more authentic than T&N. The mattress is so comfortable and appropriately firm. Again, I had done a lot of qualitative research looking at reviews for different brands to determine which was likely more comfortable for my needs as well. Highly recommend everything about T&N.
