The pillows were soft, yet just firm enough to provide neck support. They were also not like the older foam items that trapped heat after laying upon them for a short while.

I've only had it a short time, so not sure how it will be in the long run. But so far, it is like sleeping on a CLOUD. I hardly feel that there is anything beneath me. No longer sore and aching when I get up in the morning!

I absolutely love my mattress. It is soft and comfortable but you don't sink into the mattress like other foam beds. I would highly recommend this mattress, I've slept great since it has arrived.
