So far it has been a comfortable mattress. I do like the fact that it is certified since it is a latex mattress. I do wish it was plant based latex. I almost spent more money to get the plant based but decided to go with Tuft and Needle.it does not have an odor and I like the mattress so far.

After having a waterbed for over 30 years, I need to get used to a different style of bed. So far I am VERY pleased with the T&N mattress.... It does tend to slide around on the platform though.

Finding the mattress to be too soft and hurting my back...same as what happened when I bought a Purple. Bed in a box is a gamble since can't lay on it ahead of time at least not locally.

Bed is comfortable not too soft and not too hard.... I've spent almost 5 thousand dollars trying to find the right mattress so I can sleep... those mattresses where good for about a week. This mattress was good since day one.

I like your shipping/setup system and the mattress generally. I sleep very well on it. But it's hard to sit on, and I think the top feels a little squishy. When I sit near the edge, with feet on the floor, I feel I'm going to slide off the edge, although I never do. This is an essential tradeoff of the type of foam you use. If it were stiff enough to sit on, it would be too uncomfortable to sleep on. The only type of foam that could conceivably achieve that compromise is thermal foam, which you have chosen not to use.
I also wonder how long this mattress will last. It is not even a little too hard. I fear it may turn too soft too quickly.

I'm a veteran of the military for 21 years I have back problems do to the hazardous jobs I preformed this Tuft & Needle has relieved those back problems so far.
