The buying experience was great. We looked at the product on line and read review. Then we experienced the mattress in person at the just opened showroom by our home. We ordered the mattress that same day and it was delivered the next day. The "installation" was simple as demonstrated in the video. So far so good on the mattress comfort.

I don't sweat. It works on my adjustable frame and I don't wake up with a sore back.

ordering is simple and easy. the mattress is very comfortable, for my husband who likes a firm bed, and me who is pregnant and needs more cushion. we are very pleased!

My husband an I purchased a Tempur-Pedic bed a few years ago for a small fortune. We were never happy with it. They do give you a year to return but we kept thinking it would get better but it didn't. My friend and her sister purchased a Tuft & Needle mattress and loved them. So we purchased on their reccomendation and so glad we did. I have a bad neck and my husband has a bad back and we have never slept better. Wished we had purchased years ago! If your thinking of purchasing. Turf & Needle mattress don't hesitate. Happy sleeping!
