For someone who needs a firm mattress and sleeps on their back I think yours is great. I need something softer, more forgiving the the pressure points, shoulder, hip, and knee. I have experienced pain and numbness in my limbs. I have contacted you about returning the mattress. I can't sleep on it.

It is a very firm mattress and cost a bit of money compared to foam mattresses which are less than half a Tuft and Needle mattress. So I like my mattress and I am sure most people would but it may not be for everybody and because it is a bit expensive I would recommend if asked or I would clearly specify that I like it a lot and that is it.
