Excellent bed. It arrive when expected. Packaged well. Clean. Setup simple. The bed is very comfortable.

I think the mattress is better than what I had before but it's still not as soft as what I expected. My lower back was hurting from the stiff mattress I previously had. I was expecting this to make it better but the issue has not resolved. I wonder if I picked the wrong type of mattress. Not sure.

First, I chose this mattress because of the recommendation of a long time friend, an ER nurse for many years who has suffered from hereditary degenerative spinal arthritis & has had at least 3 back surgeries. She loves her Tuft & Needle, so I figured if she finds it a comfortable & supportive mattress, that was a great recommendation!
Second, the price was right, also the ease of ordering, free shipping, free return policy, 10-yr guarantee, quick delivery & packaging making it comparatively easy to get into an upstairs apartment.
I've only slept on it 1 night so far, but I love the way it feels! I'm 65, so I occasionally suffer back pain, & my back feels fine after sleeping on it, & I dlept well.

Great experience of opening the box, but the comfort of the mattress is not everything I hoped.

I think we are going to return it - my wife does not find it very comfortable compared to our previous mattress
