The bed is just as advertised. My husband set it up and we slept great first night and since. It is firm but not hard and we adjusted to it right away. Just wish we had purchased it sooner.

The mattress is affordable, the company is thoughtful and the purchase process was seamless. The mattress itself took a bit of getting used to because it's soft but also supportive, which makes it firm at the same time.
