Well, I'd have given it a 10, but extracting the mattress from its "outer" plastic cocoon proved to be a bit dicey. That said, the product is affordable, surprisingly firm, yet cool and comfortable to sleep on. What's not to like?

So love this mattress. Very comfortable and everything was so easy. I am a 53 year old woman alone and managed to move it up to my bedroom alone and set it up. For me it is the perfect purchase...

The matress came within a few days and is extremly comfortable. Was nervous to buy a matress that I hadn't tried out first but with the 100 day free trial period it made it easier and I have been loving how comfortable it is.
