I had a good experience, overall. The price for the mattress was fair, the order process was extremely easy, and the follow-up emails regarding shipping and instructions on unpacking the mattress were very helpful. Most importantly, the mattress is extremely comfortable. Simply put, it is a great product and the purchase experience was top notch.

I am surprise in your website you don't recommend the use of a box spring. In my daughter's case she had a wooden bed frame and when she sat on the edge of the bed to put her shoes on or do make up the matressshrank and the wood frame hit and hurt her legs.
