Its slightly more firm than I would prefer. I'm a small person and I think thats part of it as my husband finds its softer than I do. But the value and ease of purchase is great. I don't think we'll be sending it back, though I wish there were an option for one that is more like a 6 out of ten on the firmness scale instead of just the one now that I consider about an 8 out of 10. Would be nice to have a choice on that.

I love my new mattress. I genuinely feel like I've been getting much better sleep throughout the night. After reading reviews, I was concerned that T&N would be too hard, but it's actually very comfortable & the perfect amount of softness. I'm so happy we went with Tuft & Needle.
