I think it will be an 8, but I still have the mattress on the flor and not on a bed frame.
The bed is very comfortable.

I absolutely LOVE my new Tuft & Needle mattress. It is the most comfortable mattress that I've ever slept on. It's hard to explain, but it is soft as butter, but totally firm for support. I suffer from fibromyalgia among other issues and this IS the mattress for me. I am chemically sensitive and researched a "green" variety of mattress and am very pleased with the
certifications of Tuft & Needle. I will definitely recommend Tuft & Needle to friends and family.
