Not too firm . Comfortable. Liked not having to go looking for a mattress , received a lot of good feedback on the mattress.

It is gives me support and it doesn't give me dizzy spells. And I don't wake up with pain or I feel like a have a great night sleep. I would tell all my friends about the Tuft & Needle mattress.

Nice product. Have only used for a short time but the purchase and set up was easy. There are many similar products for very similar prices so we'll see how this mattress works out in the next few years.
